What Makes This
Different

Most business owners encounter legal counsel only when something has already gone wrong. Entrepreneur Counsel on Call is designed for the opposite — proactive, embedded, and built around your business from the inside.

I

Ongoing Relationship, Not Transactions

Your attorney knows your business structure, your contracts, your vendor relationships, and your goals. Context isn't rebuilt every time you have a question — it's already there.

II

Flat Monthly vs. Surprise Hourly Bills

Unpredictable legal costs cause founders to delay getting counsel until the situation is urgent. A fixed monthly retainer removes the friction — you engage early, when options are better.

III

Proactive, Not Reactive

RLG surfaces risks before they become disputes. A contract review before signing, a compliance check before hiring, a trademark clearance before launching — the value is in what doesn't happen.

IV

Industry-Embedded Legal Thinking

Generic legal counsel offers generic solutions. RLG's Entrepreneur Division attorneys understand the operational realities of running and scaling a business — not just the statutes that apply to it.

V

Selective Enrollment — For Good Reason

With a 15-member cap, every client in the Entrepreneur Division receives meaningful attention. Enrollment is not unlimited. Acceptance requires an application and a discovery call.

VI

A Legal Partner, Not a Legal Vendor

The goal of Entrepreneur Counsel on Call is not to answer the question you asked. It is to understand your business well enough to know what questions you should be asking — and handle both.

Who This
Program Is For

Entrepreneur Counsel on Call is designed for business operators at the stage where legal infrastructure matters — past the idea phase, into real transactions.

Small Business Owners

Operating businesses with employees, vendors, clients, and commercial exposure who need legal oversight without a full-time in-house attorney.

Startup Founders Post-Formation

Past the LLC or incorporation stage and now entering contracts, raising capital, hiring, or launching products that require ongoing legal attention.

Solopreneurs Scaling Past $100K

One-person or small-team operations that are outgrowing DIY legal and need professional counsel to handle the complexity that comes with growth.

Operators Entering First Major Contracts

Businesses on the verge of their first enterprise client, partnership, investment, or acquisition — where the legal stakes are meaningfully higher than before.

A Note on Enrollment

The Entrepreneur Division maintains a maximum of fifteen members across all three tiers. This is not a marketing constraint — it is an operational commitment. Every member of this program receives substantive legal attention, not a named slot in an oversubscribed client list.

Applications are reviewed after a 20-minute discovery call. A decision is communicated within 48 business hours. If the division is at capacity, qualified applicants are added to the waitlist and notified as enrollment opens.

If you are not yet certain which tier is appropriate, that is a normal part of the discovery call conversation.

Three Tiers.
One Clear Path Forward.

Each tier is structured to meet a different stage of business maturity and legal complexity. Members can move between tiers as their business scales.
